I had Rock & Tait remove the basement walkout on my house due to the walkout walls caving in. After removal, they closed in the old window with concrete, removed a door, added concrete to the lower door portion and added an egress window then filled the area in with sand. They did all this in one day. They came back and covered the entire area with black dirt, grass seed and straw in a later half-day. The crew was very knowledgeable about how to complete the job and worked into the evening to finish before rain came. I would recommend Rock & Tait to anyone requiring home repairs or yard work. Very professional and hard working group.

I started out with Steve, he was the only contractor to repair the bedroom ceiling without ripping out all of the dry wall, that really was a game changer for me. Steve also gave up time to work with the insurance company which ensured coverage minus the deductible. When the job was started, the crews and crew leaders were exceptional and very respectful. Great job on a very large re-roof that was done perfectly. Done in March-April 2018 during the time of the great snow falls. Everything was done perfectly by Trevor and his team. We were kept appraised with comments and pictures as we were not home when they did the work. Included a new roof, all new gutters and guards, re-insulation of our great room and installation of a solar tube in one bathroom. Thank you for the work you did at our house! The project included revising our gutter, installing a new door (which involved vinyl siding work), creating two stamped concrete areas, building steps on two existing decks, and removing and reassembling a low stone landscape wall.
