The crew came and asked for direction to ensure they were in the right space, let me know how the progress was going and helped clean up some brick dust mess that was unexpected. They were kind and respectful and thanked me when they left. We had four inches of spray foam insulation out on our ceiling of our business, which was a large job. Our gutter work looks nice too.

My house was built in the 1930s and likely hadn't been meaningfully insulated since. This year, I decided to bite the bullet and get it done (plus attic venting, bathroom fan, and basement crawl space insulation). It's only been finished for a few weeks, but I can definitely feel the difference already! With gas bills skyrocketing this winter, I'm very much looking forward to seeing what a difference this will make. Rock & Tait did a great job, and I'm so thrilled to have this finished!

Excellent work and service on replacing four windows and a patio door. They also did a great job on the drywall repair part of the project. Everyone I talked to as part of this project was courteous and helpful. They kept me informed of any changes as the project progressed, and were very timely in getting back to me when I had questions. I would have no hesitation in having them do more work for me in the future.

We just had our office roof replaced by Rock & Tait. The team was professional and safety conscious - caution tape, protective tarps, etc. Safety was important because this was during our normal office hours. They told us it would take four days and it took only three! They used a specific piece of equipment to dispose of the old roofing debris without trashing our landscaping. They even went to bat for us with the original shingle manufacturer. Thank you for a job well done!

Very, very pleased with the work Rock and Tait did for me. Very professional, thorough, and patient from estimation to project completion. We were very diligent and careful on to selection of contractors as due to challenging landscaping we have. We needed to have a contractor that was precise and had a deep attention to quality.  We were not disappointed. Communication was excellent and the answered all of my questions with tact and professionalism no matter how simple they seemed. They even did special concrete disks with handprints for my kids which wasn't my idea, but meant a lot. I will be using these guys again and really appreciate it. I hope the concrete team sees this note.
